Normal arrival from Europe by plane with final destination Cape Town.
From the Airport you should rent a car (please order in advance). There are numerously of companies like AVIS, Sixt, Europcar but also regional car rentals like Thrifty. We recommend AVIS as we made best experience with them, but at the end it’s up to you. A definitely must have is a Satnav system. You’ve got the choice to rent one with your car or you take your own mobile system with maps of South Africa or you might have an App on your Smartphone.

Paarl is easy to find from Cape Town Airport:

- Drive via Motorway N2 and R300 to Motorway N1. Follow the Motorway N1 until Exit » 55 Paarl „Main Road“.
- Drive left on Main Street for about 5 km. Attention, the street makes a » Right-Left-Kink (Google Maps).
- • After this Kink you’re now on the Main Road. Follow the road for about 2 km. You’ll find the House on the » left side (Google Maps):

Retail Shops
Close by you’ll find a big supermarket (Checkers). Here you’ll get everything you need for the daily need.
Turn left onto the Main Road. You’ll find » Checkers after a short drive/walk on the left side (opposite the furniture shop “Tafelberg Meubles”).
Dining
Paarl has a god variety of Restaurants. On-site we have a list with some suggestions for you. If Steakhouse, Italian or Asian style, you’ll find everything.
Vineyards
You have the choice between more than 200 Vineyards in this region. A view well-known Vineyards are directly in Paarl, but please try by yourself what tastes you best.
Recommendation: Nederburg or Glen Carlou – they also serve very good food and are situated in the town itself.
